We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to send the item back.

Order Errors

If you receive the wrong item or size due to our error, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size Ordered

Because our products are custom-printed for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Items received later than expected due to carrier delays

Please check our size guides before ordering to ensure the right fit.

How to Request a Replacement/Refund

Email us at moonstonebloomctb@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the product issue. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
