  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship worldwide! Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the print provider's location.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries under international shipping sanctions.

  • If your location is not supported, you’ll be notified at checkout.

📦 Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple print providers, your order may arrive in separate packages. Each item will have its own tracking number.

📬 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

  • You can also track your order directly through your account on our website.

❗ Delays & Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking info.

We’ll do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

🔄 Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • We’ll work with Printify to offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
